THE MUSH MAGIC ENERGY MICRODOSING PACK
Push your training harder with our Mush Magic Energy Microdosing Pack. Psilocybin may support energy, drive, and mood, so magic truffles can act like a pre-workout for a sharper edge.
WHAT IS MICRODOSING?
Microdosing means taking a very small psychedelic amount with the goal of improving daily life. By using tiny doses, you may get some of the neuro-elastic benefits of psilocybin or similar compounds, without going into a full trip.
Microdosing has gained wider acceptance because more studies and easier access to information now highlight its therapeutic promise. So, microdosing can serve as a way to support thinking, and also as a useful aid during recovery.
WHAT ARE MAGIC TRUFFLES?
Magic truffles are naturally formed psychedelic fungi, coming from the same organism as, yes, magic mushrooms. Magic truffles are dense mycelial clumps, called sclerotia. These sclerotia develop underground beneath the mushroom and store food. Like magic mushrooms, magic truffles contain psilocybin, the compound behind their psychedelic effects.
HOW TO MICRODOSE:
We suggest microdosing early in the day, on an empty stomach. Then, eat a light, healthy breakfast about 30 minutes later for the best results.
Following respected microdosing researcher James Fadiman’s protocol, here is the schedule we suggest:
Day 1: Microdose day- the sub-perceptual effects will likely last around 8 hours.
Day 2: Day off- you will likely notice some lingering effects or ‘afterglow’.
Day 3: Day off- back to baseline.
Day 4: Repeat cycle.
This pattern stays popular because it helps avoid tolerance, so you can keep the benefits over time. This is the most common schedule, yet you decide how to microdose- there is no ‘one size fits all’. Since these are energy microdoses, you may also use them when you want an extra kick.
MICRODOSING FOR ENERGY:
Microdosing may offer a strong mood lift, and it can also work as an energy booster or pre-workout aid. Research on microdosing for athletic performance remains limited and mostly anecdotal, however users report more motivation, less pain and fatigue, better mood, and stronger focus and concentration.
Microdosing, along with solid sleep and a nutritious diet, may have a strong effect on athletic performance, mainly because psilocybin binds to serotonin receptors in the brain. Activation of the 5-HT2A Receptor leads to ‘neuro-plasticity’, which may improve learning and adaptation to new training demands. The 5-HT1A receptor helps drive the improved mood, motivation, and overall feeling of wellness.
